Mary-Louise Parker Reads How I Learned to Drive at the Vineyard Theatre July 1

Original cast members from How I Learned to Drive, including Tony Award winner Mary-Louise Parker, reunite at the Vineyard Theatre July 1 for a one-night-only reading of the Pulitzer Prize-winning play. 



Mark Brokaw (Cinderella, The Lyons), who staged the 1997 premiere of How I Learned to Drive at the Vineyard in 1997, helms the reading. Tickets to the 8 PM reading are $75.

Original cast member Parker plays L'il Bit, with David Morse as Uncle Peck, alongside Johanna Day, Kerry O’Malley and Justin Hagan.

The Vineyard Theatre, which is dedicated to the "creation and production of daring new plays and musicals," has been one of the nation's leading non-profit theatre companies for 30 years. The Vineyard's leadership includes Douglas Aibel (artistic director), Sarah Stern (co-artistic director), Jennifer Garvey-Blackwell (executive producer) and Michael Page (general manager).
