Heidi Blickenstaff, Aaron Ramey, David Ayers, Dan DeLuca Are Next to Normal at Weston Playhouse, Beginning July 11

Heidi Blickenstaff, the Broadway singing actress best known for her work in [title of show], takes on the role of bipolar mom Diana in the Weston Playhouse's production of Next to Normal beginning July 11.
The Pulitzer Prize-winning musical plays the Vermont venue through July 27. Michael Berresse, who directed [title of show], directs here as well.
Blickenstaff is joined by Aaron Ramey as Dan, David Ayers as the Doctors, Dan DeLuca as Gabe, Margo Seibert as Natalie and Etai BenShlomo as Henry.
Next to Normal features music by Tom Kitt and book and lyrics by Brian Yorkey.
The production also has set design by Tim Mackabee, music direction by Ryan Garrett, lighting design by Tyler Micoleau, costume design by Jennifer Caprio and sound design by Ed Chapman.
"Soaring and diving on a Tony-winning rock score," Next to Normal, according to the Weston Playhouse, "peels back the facade of a suburban family dealing with mental illness and other contemporary American struggles. Winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, this emotional story reveals the risks and rewards of being truly alive."
