The Roundabout Theatre Company production of Donald Margulies' Dinner With Friends, which will star Jeremy Shamos, Darren Pettie, Marin Hinkle and Maria Dizzia, will begin performances one week later than announced. Performances will now commence Jan. 17, 2014, at the at the Laura Pels Theatre.

Performances were originally scheduled to begin Jan. 10, 2014, prior to an official opening Feb. 4, for a run through April 6. Opening night is now set for Feb. 13, 2014, for a run through April 13 at the Laura Pels in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre (111 West 46th Street).

Tickets went on sale Sept. 30.

Directed by Tony Award winner Pam MacKinnon (Clybourne Park, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?), the Pulitzer Prize-winning work will feature Tony Award nominee Shamos (Clybourne Park, Glengarry Glen Ross, The Assembled Parties) as Gabe, Pettie (Butley) as Tom, Hinkle ("Two and a Half Men," Electra) as Karen and Tony Award nominee Dizzia (In the Next Room) as Beth.

According to the Roundabout, "Ever since Karen (Hinkle) and Gabe (Shamos) played matchmaker with their friends Beth (Dizzia) and Tom (Pettie), the two couples have been inseparable—going to the Vineyard every summer, raising their kids and enjoying countless dinners together. But when one marriage unexpectedly crumbles, the couples' lives begin to veer in opposite directions. Can these four friends move on to the next chapter without moving apart... or have they changed beyond recognition? Wryly funny and richly layered, Dinner with Friends is a modern masterpiece about the path you choose, the millions you don’t and the detours that make it worth the ride."

The design team includes Allen Moyer (sets), Ilona Somogyi (costumes), Jane Cox (lights) and Joshua Schmidt (original music and compositions).
