Grammy Award winner Lady Gaga, who recently released her third studio album, "ARTPOP," hosted the Nov. 16 episode of "Saturday Night Live" on NBC.

Gaga opened the show with a jazz-inspired performance of her new single "Applause," which led into the Frank Sinatra classic "New York, New York." The singer also performed "Gypsy" and "Do What U Want," featuring R. Kelly.
