Singers Will and Anthony Nunziata Offer Encore Performance of Broadway, Our Way Feb. 6 at 54 Below
By Michael Gioia
Singers, recording artists and brothers Will Nunziata and Anthony Nunziata, who made their 54 Below debut with Broadway, Our Way to a sold-out audience Jan. 9, return to the Manhattan venue Feb. 6.
The 7 PM concert promises "fresh arrangements of some of the greatest songs ever written for the stage including 'Once in a Lifetime,' 'Being Alive,' 'Being Good Isn’t Good Enough,' 'Lily's Eyes,' and their signature mash-ups of songs including 'Who Can I Turn To/ What Kind of Fool Am I?' Expect the brothers to bring their Upright Citizen Brigade improv-comedy training in full-force. Combined with their brotherly banter and comedic flair, Broadway, Our Way entertains and comes straight from the heart."
The brothers are joined by their three-piece swinging band that includes pianist Alvin Hough, Jr., drummer Jeremy Yaddaw and bassist Adam Neely.
Broadway, Our Way made its symphonic debut with The Cleveland Pops' Symphony Orchestra on New Year's Eve.
The Nunziatas have been seen on "The Rachael Ray Show," "Good Morning America" and NBC's "Columbus Day Parade." They've been guest artists with many pops orchestras, including those in Cleveland, Colorado and Cape Cod.
