List of Tony-Possible Shows for 1996-97

The following is the list of shows that opened during the 1996-97 and will be under consideration by the Tony Nominating Committee for the 1997 Awards. The Tony committee will meet May 1 to rule which will be eligible, and in which categories.

The committee will reconvene 3 PM Sunday, May 4 to pick the actual nominees.

Nominations will be announced May 5 and the awards given June 1.
