Taboo's Euan Morton to Play Zipper Theatre in November

Euan Morton, best known to Broadway audiences for his Tony-nominated performance as Boy George in Taboo, will play five shows at the Zipper Theatre next month.
From Nov. 10-14, the Zipper Theatre and Bill Coyle will present Euan Morton in Concert. Morton, who was most recently seen in the new musical Caligula, will be backed by musical director David Nehls (keyboards), David Matos (guitar), Ollie Hofer (bass) and Chris Jago (drums). Show times are Nov. 10-13 at 8 PM and Nov. 14 at 7 PM.
The Zipper Theatre will also offer Rockin' in the Zipper, two special concerts featuring Morton, Jeffrey Carlson, Denise Summerford, Brooke Elliott and Poncho (Cary Shields and Mark Jackson). Those concerts will be presented Nov 9 at 8 PM and Nov. 13 at 11 PM.
Euan Morton received an Olivier Award nomination for his performance in the London company of Taboo. His other theatre credits include We Will Rock You, The Silent Treatment, The Matchstalk Man, The Sexual Life of the Camel, Empty Plate in the Café du Grand Boeuf and Approaching Zanzibar. Taboo marked Morton's Broadway debut. Recently in Caligula, he also appeared in the all-star benefit concert of Hair for the Actors' Fund of America.
