By Ernio Hernandez
Tony Award winner Denis O'Hare, "American Idol" hopeful Frenchie Davis and stage and screen star Kevin Mambo will appear with their current musicals — Sweet Charity, Rent and Once Around The Sun — along with Drumstruck at "Broadway in Bryant Park," July 21. The 2005 schedule (subject to change) is as follows:
The HBO Bryant Park Summer Film Festival 2005 — which screens free movies on the lawn starting at dusk on Monday nights — will feature Neil Simon's "The Odd Couple" (a revival of which starring Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick is expected for Broadway in the fall) and Edward Albee's "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" (which currently runs on Broadway). For more information on Bryant Park event scheduling, visit www.bryantpark.org. Seating for "Broadway in Bryant Park" is on a first come-first serve basis. In case of severe weather, the outdoor event will be canceled. For up-to-the-minute changes, check www.1067litefm.com. |
