Sandra Bernhard to Return to Joe's Pub for New Year's Eve

Those wishing to spend their New Year's Eve with Sandra Bernhard can do so this year at Joe's Pub, the intimate cabaret located within the Public Theater.

The dependably outrageous and outspoken comedienne-actress-author-singer will offer two shows at the downtown club on Dec. 31 at 7:30 and 10:30 PM. Attendees can expect to hear a mix of Bernhard's comedy and song stylings.

Sandra Bernhard appeared on Broadway in her 1998 one-woman hit I'm Still Here . . . Damn It! after playing five months at Off-Broadway's Westbeth Theatre. On screen she has been seen in "The King of Comedy," "Inside Monkey Zetterland," "Hudson Hawk," "Dinner Rush," "Roseanne," "Ally McBeal," "Chicago Hope" and "Will & Grace." She hosted her own talk show, "The Sandra Bernhard Experience," and has been seen in Showtime's "The L Word." Her books are entitled "Confessions of a Pretty Lady," "Love, Love, and Love" and "May I Kiss You on the Lips, Miss Sandra?"
