PHOTO CALL: Diana DeGarmo and Others Knock ‘Em Down at Second Stage All-Star Bowling Classic

The annual Second Stage All-Star Bowling Classic drew its usual crowd of starry names and big-time personalities as theatre folk gathered to support the Off-Broadway theatre at its yearly event.

Always a big hit among those who attend, the All-Star Bowling Classic is not only a good time for all, but serves as one of Second Stage’s yearly benefits. The company is currently represented on Broadway by The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.

At left, Spelling Bee star Lisa Howard, new Hairspray actress and “American Idol” finalist Diana DeGarmo, hosts Carol Rothman and Scott Ellis, as well as Bob Balaban are seen at the event. Below, Jersey Boys J. Robert Spencer, Christian Hoff and Daniel Reichard and Wicked star Carol Kane get ready to knock some pins down for a good cause. The even was held at the Leisure Time Bowling Lanes, in the Port Authority building, on Ninth Avenue in New York City.
