Remy Zaken, Barrett Wilbert Weed, Johnny Stellard and More Set for Free Youth Uprising Concert

Remy Zaken, who was seen in the Tony Award-winning musical Spring Awakening, and Barrett Wilbert Weed, who recently starred in the Off-Broadway musical Bare, are among the artists who will take part in the new free concert series Youth Uprising, kicking off April 1 at Toshi's Penthouse.
The inaugural concert, set to begin at 6 PM, will also include Joseph Caruncho Jr. (Audra McDonald and Patti LuPone Drama League concerts), Brandon Curry (Nickelodeon), Ashley Flanagan, Clark Kinkade, Lily Lane (Nickelodeon, Radio Disney), Ryan McCurdy, Richard McNulty, Jordan Mericle, Blaine Morris (MTV's "Skins"), Aaron Richman, Tyree Robinson ("Boardwalk Empire"), Johnny Stellard (Evita), Alex Weston, Jerah Milligan ("Wild 'N Out") and Chelsea White (MTV's "TRL," VH1's "Big Morning Buzz").
Youth Uprising, which promises covers of rock, pop, blues and alternative hits, will be followed with a DJ set by Matt FX (music supervisor for MTV's "Skins").
Toshi's Penthouse is located on the top floor of the FlatIron Hotel on the corner of 26th and Broadway at 1141 Broadway. There will be a $10 food and drink minimum; $20 minimum at a seated table. For more information, click here.
