The groundbreaking Showtime series "Weeds," which casts Tony winner Mary-Louise Parker as a drug-dealing suburban mom, concludes Sept. 16 following an eight-season run.

Stage and screen actress Natasha Lyonne (New Group's world premiere of Blood From a Stone, Off-Broadway's Love, Loss, and What I Wore) guest stars on the hour-long, two-part series finale of the dark comedy.

"Weeds" also features stage and screen stars Justin Kirk (Other Desert Cities) and Hunter Parrish (Godspell) as well as Elizabeth Perkins and Kevin Nealon, among others. The series was created in 2005 by Jenji Kohan.

On the series, according to Showtime, "Pot-selling single mom turned danger junkie Nancy Botwin has been dodging disaster since day one, but she's always had a special talent for manipulating her friends, her family, and even the law to her advantage. And the more desperate things become, the more she's ready and willing to take desperate measures, no matter who she'll have to take with her."

"Weeds" airs at 10 PM ET on Showtime. Visit Sho.com/Weeds.
