Seth Bisen-Hersh, Lanene Charters, Cailan Rose and More Take Part in Broadway Meows Benefit July 23

The fourth annual Broadway Meows, a concert benefiting the Humane Society of New York, is offered July 23 at Don't Tell Mama in Manhattan. The evening features the songs of composer-lyricist Seth Bisen-Hersh.
Directed by Laura Pestronk, the 7 PM concert includes performances from Gisela Adisa, Toby Blackwell, Lanene Charters (Mamma Mia!), Brian Childers, Hannah DelMonte (Fiddler on the Roof), Kimberly Faye Greenberg, Lara Janine, Kaitlin Kiyan (Hair), Miriam Kushel, Anthony Lee Medina, Kisten Michelle, Manu Narayan (Bombay Dreams), Elly Noble (Carrie), Rori Nogee, Joi Danielle Price (Mamma Mia!), Kristine Reese (Les Misérables), Cailan Rose (Hair), Brian Shaw and Tiffany Stoker.
Audiences can expect to hear 20 songs from Bisen-Hersh's catalogue, which features the musicals Love Quirks, More to Love and Stanley's Party. Songs will include "I'd Rather Take a Nap," "It's Not You, It's Me," "I'm Not Interested in You," "I Like Big Girls," "Can You Believe I Was Ever Sad We Broke Up?" and "Hey!," among others.
All proceeds from the evening will go to the Humane Society of New York, which has "cared for animals in need when illness, injury or homelessness strikes" for over 100 years. Broadway Meows is produced by Dennis Fowler and stage managed by Rich Abrams.
