Michele, who released "Louder" March 3, tweeted, "This I SO AMAZING! #1 in 11 countries! Can't wait to thank you all in person this summer! #LouderWorldTour2014"
According to her official Facebook page, Michele will play the United States, Finland, Sweden, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Israel. Dates and locations will be announced at a later date.
The album, currently ranked No. 2 on the iTunes Albums chart, features music dedicated to Michele's late "Glee" co-star and boyfriend Cory Monteith. The singer-actress recently opened up to best friend Jonathan Groff in this month's issue of Teen Vogue.
On the death of "Glee" co-star Monteith, who died July 13, 2013, from a "mixed drug toxicity" of heroin and alcohol at Vancouver's Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel, she told Groff, "My relationship with Cory made me feel like I could reach for the stars and more… I somehow feel the insane love Cory and I had for each other morphed in to this strength that I have right now. There's just something about knowing he's watching everything I'm doing and feeling like I have to do everything now not just for me but for him. I also have a safety net below me — if I fall or if it's too much, my friends and family will be there to catch me."
