Playbill.com's series features actors commenting on their recent theatregoing experiences, what productions they are looking forward to and more. Here, via email, we hear from Zachary Unger, the nine-year-old actor who plays Young Charlie Chaplin and Jackie Coogan in the new Broadway musical Chaplin.
What show recently impressed you? The show that recently impressed me was Wicked. It was a really great show, and my favorite part was "Defying Gravity." I loved the music and the acting.
What production are you most excited to see? I really want to see The Book of Mormon, but my parents won't let me because they say I am too young. I love all the music. My parents won the ticket lottery, and I was jealous.
What play/musical would you most like to revive on Broadway, and which role would you want to play? I would love to play Oliver in a revival of Oliver! on Broadway. When I was seven, I played him at Tarrytown Music Hall when I did a workshop at Random Farms Kids' Theater.
What are your current/upcoming projects? I am currently playing Young Charlie and Jackie Coogan in Chaplin on Broadway. It's really fun, and my favorite part is being with the cast onstage and backstage. Come see the show!

Led by director Daniel Aukin (Back Back Back at MTC, 4,000 Miles), Tony winner Nina Arianda (Venus in Fur at MTC, Born Yesterday) and Sam Rockwell (A Behanding in Spokane, The Way Way Back) bring an explosive intensity to Sam Shepard’s (Buried Child, True West) landmark myth of the new Wild West.
