Leigh Silverman ( Chinglish, Well) will direct the invitation-only 3 PM reading of the piece that has music and lyrics by Zaitchik ( Picnic at Hanging Rock) and book and lyrics by playwright Harrison ( Maple and Vine). It was previously developed at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's 2011 Music Theatre Conference. Julie McBride is music director.

In addition to Danieley ( Next to Normal, Candide), Elder ( One Arm, Road Show) and Wolfe ( Merrily We Roll Along, Tales of the City), the cast includes Lisa Brescia ( Wicked, Mamma Mia!), Reese Sebastian Diaz ( Mary Poppins), Andie Mechanic ( White Christmas), Henry Stram ( The Illusion) and Emily Swallow ( POP!).

Here's how the musical is billed: "What if you could hear the difference between a truth and a lie? What would it do to your home life? Suprema is a strange-but-true three-way love story about the creator of both Wonder Woman and the lie-detector test, and the two real women who inspired him."

Ars Nova is located at 511 West 54 Street.
