The Meeting* Welcomes Tonya Pinkins, Joe Iconis, Michael Musto and More Aug. 28 at 54 Below

Tony Award winner Tonya Pinkins, songwriter Joe Iconis, columnist Michael Musto and Jake Boyd join Justin Sayre for the Aug. 28 installment of The Meeting* which celebrates the television series "Sex and the City" at 54 Below.
The Meeting* is a monthly "gay romp through politics (sexual and otherwise), social news, music, comedy skits, and other important life-changing information." The gay variety show dedicates each installment to a different icon; show time is 9:30 PM.
Set to discuss and celebrate the HBO series "Sex and the City" are Pinkins (Caroline, or Change), Musto, Iconis (The Black Suits) and Boyd (Rock of Ages).
Upcoming sessions of The Meeting* include Liza Minnelli (Sept. 25), Dreamgirls (Oct. 30), and "Grey Gardens" (Nov. 20), along with the annual Holiday Spectacular (Dec. 18).
