Audra McDonald, the six-time Tony Award-winning actress who can currently be seen in Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill, celebrates her birthday July 3. Playbill.com takes a look at our favorite performances from the Tony winner.

McDonald is currently starring as Billie Holiday in the revival of Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill, for which she won her record-breaking sixth Tony Award.  She currently holds the record for the most competitive Tony Awards won of any performer in Broadway history and is the first performer to win a Tony Award in all four cateogries.
