Award-winning composer Marvin Hamlisch was recently honored in the PBS American Masters broadcast "Marvin Hamlisch: What He Did For Love."

The documentary, which profiled the life and work of the late composer, who died Aug. 6, 2012, at the age of 68, was written, directed and produced by Tony Award-winning Broadway producer Dori Berinstein.

It features Barbra Streisand, Woody Allen, Tim Rice, Idina Menzel, Carole Bayer Sager, Steven Soderbergh, Quincy Jones, Christopher Walken, Joe Torre, John Lithgow, Lucie Arnaz, Ann-Margret, Howard Stringer, Kelli O'Hara, Brian D'Arcy James, Melissa Manchester and Hamlisch's wife, Terre Blair Hamlisch.

The DVD of "What He Did For Love" also features a 17-minute special extra called "Marvin Hamlisch and Ed Kleban: A Beautiful Collaboration," which includes this recording of Hamlisch performing "The Finale" from A Chorus Line with Ed Kleban for the very first time.
