"The Talk" Will Film in NYC Week of May 12; Guests Include Idina Menzel, Tyne Daly, Zach Braff, Nick Cordero

CBS' "The Talk," which was recently nominated for five Daytime Emmy Awards, will return to New York City for the second time this season for a week of episodes to be broadcast May 12-16.
The chat show airs on CBS beginning at 2 PM ET; check local listings. Hosts Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood and Aisha Tyler will shoot on location in New York, originating from Chelsea Studios.

"The Talk" was developed by Gilbert, who also serves as executive producer.
Holed up in a seedy motel on the edge of the Mojave Desert, two former lovers unpack the deep secrets and dark desires of their tangled relationship, passionately tearing each other apart. Led by director Daniel Aukin (Back Back Back at MTC, 4,000 Miles), Tony winner Nina Arianda (Venus in Fur at MTC, Born Yesterday) and Sam Rockwell (A Behanding in Spokane, The Way Way Back) bring an explosive intensity to Sam Shepard’s (Buried Child, True West) landmark myth of the new Wild West.
