Tony-Winning Once Announces Once Week, Featuring Free Ticket Giveaways

The Tony and Grammy-winning musical Once has announced Once Week. For four performances beginning Aug. 20, Once will have a lottery to distribute 20 free tickets per performance. Once Week will also feature prizes and free events.
Names will be collected two-and-a-half hours before the start of each of the following performances: Aug. 20 at 7 PM, Aug. 21 at 8 PM, Aug. 22 at 8 PM and Aug. 23 at 8 PM.
Winners' names will be drawn two hours before the show.
"Featuring an impressive ensemble of actor/musicians who play their own instruments onstage, Once tells the enchanting tale of a Dublin street musician who's about to give up on his dream when a beautiful young woman takes a sudden interest in his haunting love songs," press notes state. "As the chemistry between them grows, his music soars to powerful new heights... but their unlikely connection turns out to be deeper and more complex than your everyday romance."
Once received eight 2012 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and won the 2013 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album. It is currently playing in London's West End and will begin a national tour in the summer of 2013.
