Michael Ricigliano Jr.’s Queen For a Day officially opens May 3 at Theatre St. Clement's Off-Broadway, following previews that began April 14. The world premiere reunites fellow "Sopranos" mobsters Vincent Pastore, David Deblinger and David Proval.
