Lewis Allen

Lewis Allen, the Tony Award-winning Broadway producer who brought I'm Not Rappaport, Master Class, Tru, A Few Good Men and Annie to commercial life, died Dec. 8, 2003, of pancreatic cancer, according to the New York Times. Mr. Allen, born Lewis Maitland Allen in Berryville, VA, was 81 and is survived by his wife, the writer Jay Presson Allen.
