Marcia Lewis, the brassy and beloved musical star of hit Broadway revivals of Grease! and Chicago, died in Nashville, where she lived, in the early morning hours of Dec. 21 2010, according to The Publicity Office. She was 72 and had been battling lung and brain cancer.
