Dorothy Loudon, who created one of the more indelible portraits in musical comedy history with her portrayal of the slatternly, orphan-hating Miss Hannigan in the orignal Annie, died Nov. 14, 2003. She was 70. The cause was cancer, the Associated Press reported.
