SYNOPSIS: In search of a fresh start, the show depicts the immigration of a Middle Eastern surgeon, Youssef, who moves to London for work. Youssef discovers some hidden truths about England and his new companion Patrick, forcing Youssef to make a difficult decision between his honor and his new life in Britain.
