Access: 1. Level access through Thomas Neal's shopping centre until 6:30pm. Or you can ask for a ramp to  be placed over step at the main entrance.
2. There's a lift to all levels of the auditorium, but note that it's shared with the shopping centre and  you may need to ask theatre staff to turn lift around for you.

Description: 1. Deaf/Hard of hearing: Induction loop system
2. Blind/Visually Impaired: Regular sign language interpreted performances. Guide dogs can go  into auditorium but ask for an aisle seat. Staff can dog sit. Maximum 4 dogs per performance.
3. Two wheelchairs allowed per performance. One + companion in the Upper Circle and one +  companion in the Stalls. Please bring an able-bodied person with you. Adapted toilet by Circle  bar.
