The Tenth Man

Broadway
An unhappy lawyer is pulled off the street by several old Jewish men to serve as the tenth man needed to start a prayer service at a Long Island synagogue. He meets the granddaughter of one of the regulars, who is believed to be possessed by a dybbuk (wandering spirit) and vows to help cure her of her sickness after his own is relieved.
