Santo Loquasto has received a 1999 Tony Award nomination for his costume design on Fosse. His work in New York theatre has won him Tony and Drama Desk awards for his set design of Cafe Crown and costume designs for The Cherry Orchard and Grand Hotel.

For Livent he designed Barrymore and costumes for Ragtime for which he received Tony and Drama Desk nominations. He has collaborated with Woody Allen on 18 films. His costume designs for Allen's "Zelig" and production designs for "Radio Days" and "Bullets Over Broadway" received Academy Award nominations. His other films include "Big" and "Desperately Seeking Susan." He has worked with most major international dance companies and in particular has enjoyed long term relationships with choreographers James Kudelka, Paul Taylor and Twyla Tharp.

Loquasto also designed the set for Fosse, but did not receive a Tony nomination.
