The saying goes: every dog has his day. Roger Bart has won a Tony for his portrayal of Snoopy, Charlie Brown's imaginative beagle in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown.

Bart most recently appeared on Broadway as Harlequin in Triumph of Love. Other credits include Jonathan in King David, Tom Sawyer in Big River, Cousin Kevin in The Who's Tommy and Bud Frump in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Bart was the singing voice of Hercules in the Disney film of the same name. "Go The Distance," the song he sang in the film, was nominated for an Academy Award.

Bart received a Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Featured Actor in a Musical for Charlie Brown. His co-star, Kristin Chenoweth, took the Featured Actress Tony.
