News A Chorus Line Opens Ogunquit Playhouse's Summer Season May 20 The Ogunquit Playhouse production of the Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical A Chorus Line begins performances May 20.

Running through June 13, the production features Golden Globe nominee Lorenzo Lamas as omnipresent director Zach. Luis Villabon has re-created the original Michael Bennett direction and choreography for the Ogunquit run.

The cast also features Megan Sikora (Val), Nadine Isenegger (Cassie), Kurt Domoney (Bobby), Christine Laduca (Diana Morales), Brendon Stimson (Mark), Beth Ann Baker (Kristine), Cary Michelle Miller (Maggie), Michael Biren (Mike Costa), Tony Falcon (Al Deluca), Hannah Chin (Connie Wong), Laura Leitheiser (Bebe), Michael Susko (Gregory Gardner), Jeremy Bohmstein (Frank), Katie Cameron (Sheila), Justin Clynes (Larry), Patrick Dorow (Butch), Leslie Flesner (Judy Turner), Thay Flod (Richie), Kenny Francoeur (Tom), Andrew Hodge (Don), Valorie Lake (Lois), Nick Peciaro (Roy), Felipe Quilllin (Paul), Brendon Stimson (Mark), Liz Turner (Vicky) and Autumn Welt (Tricia).

The Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical follows 17 hopeful dancers who put their lives and personal stories "on the line" in the hopes of landing a chorus role in a Broadway show.

The production has original Broadway scenic designs by Robin Wagner and costumes by Theoni V. Aldredge, with lighting by Richard Latta and sound design by Adam Rigby. Don Hite musical directs and conducts.

Originally created and conceived by Michael Bennett, A Chorus Line has a book by James Kirkwood and Nicholas Dante, music by Marvin Hamlisch and lyrics by the late Edward Kleban. Tickets are available by phoning (207) 646-5511 or by visiting OgunquitPlayhouse.
