News A&E Channel's "Biography" Profiles Tony Winner Scarlett Johansson Dec. 23 The A&E Channel's acclaimed "Biography" series spotlights Tony Award-winning stage and screen star Scarlett Johansson Dec. 23.

The hour-long program debuts at 10 PM ET; check local listings.

"Profile of the street-smart young girl from New York who grew up to be one of Hollywood's biggest and most beautiful stars," according to production notes. "Johansson landed her first big film role at age 10, gained a reputation as a top indie film performer, and then graduated to full-fledged movie star in the hit, 'Lost in Translation.' Johansson has shined on the stage, too, winning a Tony for A View from the Bridge. Although in constant demand by the paparazzi, Johansson has guarded her private life, keeping her marriage and divorce from Ryan Reynolds shielded from the press."

Encore broadcasts are scheduled for Dec. 24 at 2 AM, Dec. 29 at 9 AM and Dec. 30 at 1 AM.

Johannson won the Tony Award in 2010 for her performance in A View From the Bridge. She has appeared in numerous films including "Iron Man 2," "He's Just Not That Into You," "The Nanny Diaries" and "Lost in Translation."
