The American Conservatory Theatre’s production of Edward Albee’s Seascape began performances at A.C.T.’s Geary Theater in San Francisco on January 23. The production is scheduled to open January 30 and will run through February 17.

Seascape is directed by Artistic Director and Tony Award winner Pam MacKinnon (Clyborne Park, Who’s Afraid of Virginia Wolf) in her A.C.T. directorial debut. James Carpenter and Ellen McLaughlin (Angels in America, in its original Broadway run) star as a newly retired couple who picnic and squabble on a beach about their life together... before being interrupted by two human-sized, English-speaking lizards.
