Produced by The Town Hall, the three-evening festival was created and written by Scott Siegel, who also co-hosts the final night with Lorna Luft and Susan Stroman.

The evening features many of Garland's most famous songs from the movies performed by Elizabeth Stanley (Million Dollar Quartet, Cry-Baby) and Carole J. Bufford (Broadway by the Year, All Singin' All Dancin'). Luft will also take part in an onstage interview about her late mother.

Siegel and Stroman will also discuss the grandeur of American movie dance, particularly the work of Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Gene Kelly, Ray Bolger, Jimmy Cagney and Judy Garland. Performers include Jeffry Denman, Nancy Lemengar, Meredith Patterson, the New York Song and Dance Company and Noah Racey.

Siegel directs the evening with choreography by Racey and musical direction by Ross Patterson.
