News Actors Face Critical Questions in Fringe's Young, Sexy and Talented The actor characters in the New York International Fringe Festival production Young, Sexy and Talented may be just that. But that doesn't mean they'll make it in the cutthroat world of New York entertainment.

The show, written and directed by Richard Cavan, takes place as "New York’s most neurotic acting school races toward its first public performance, with agents in the audience and careers on the line.  As time runs out—amidst a comic onslaught of backstabbing, envy and mayhem—one actress fights for her life against the relentless pursuit of 'success.'"  The comic one-act will run for one hour, and will be performed at The Black Box at 440 Studios Aug. 14-27.

The cast includes Robin Bloodworth, Rachel Burttram, Cavan, Nicole Golden, Jason Liebman, Derek Manson, Brian McCoy, Jenn Schulte and Cat Yezbak.

Cavan is a New York-based actor and writer.

All tickets are $15. For tickets visit www.FringeNYC.org or call (212) 279-4488.
