News Actors, Led By Tim Robbins, to Demonstrate at Coca Cola, Sept. 15 Continuing their campaign to "turn up the heat" on advertisers in a five month-old commercial strike, members of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists will picket in front of the Coca-Cola offices located at 711 Fifth Avenue at 55 St. The Sept. 15 demonstration was scheduled to be attended by numerous celebrities and ran 11:30 AM - 2 PM.

Continuing their campaign to "turn up the heat" on advertisers in a five month-old commercial strike, members of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists will picket in front of the Coca-Cola offices located at 711 Fifth Avenue at 55 St. The Sept. 15 demonstration was scheduled to be attended by numerous celebrities and ran 11:30 AM - 2 PM. In a prepared statement, SAG claimed that Nike and Coca-Cola have been "producing commercials using on-union actors during this job action." A Sept. 14 picket/demonstration was held yesterday at Niketown in Manhattan.

According to SAG, actor Robbins will be "enlisting high profile SAG and AFTRA members n the continuing demonstrations against Nike and Coca Cola."
