Broadway favorites Adam Jacobs (Aladdin) and Kate Rockwell (Mean Girls) will perform at New York Restoration Project's Spring Picnic Gala, set for June 15 at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Founded by Tony-winning Hello, Dolly! star Bette Midler, NYRP works to restore parks and gardens through all five boroughs of New York City, with a special focus on those found in underserved neighborhoods.

Jacobs and Rockwell will perform with the faculty jazz ensemble of Brooklyn Music School in an event hosted by Frank DiLella.

Following cocktails and dinner, the June event will also include the first-ever NYRP Garden Spotlight Awards, which this year will honor landscape designers Janice Parker and Walter Hood along with Aberdeen Community Garden, Bette's Rose Garden, Bathgate Community Garden, and Eastchester Road Community Garden.
