News After 40 Years, Group Sales Box Office VP Robinson Resigns to Be a Producer According to her friend, theatre publicist Peter Cromarty, former Group Sales Box Office vice president Janet Robinson is resigning as vice president of “the oldest company selling and marketing group theatre tickets in New York.”

According to her friend, theatre publicist Peter Cromarty, former Group Sales Box Office vice president Janet Robinson is resigning as vice president of “the oldest company selling and marketing group theatre tickets in New York.” A statement from Cromarty indicates Robinson’s resignation is effective immediately.

Calls to Cromarty could not be returned by press time but a Group Sales source told Playbill On-Line that Robinson left the company (after 40 years) to co-produce the musical Jane Eyre which opens Dec. 3.
