News   Aida's Finley to Appear on TV's "Metro Guide"
Felicia Finley, who currently stars as Amneris in the Broadway production of Aida, will be interviewed on WLIW-TV's "Metro Guide."

Host Laura Savini will chat with Finley on the Jan. 10 edition of "Metro Guide," which airs at 7:30 PM on WLIW (Channel 21). The program will be rebroadcast Sunday, Jan. 12 at 11:30 PM. Finley has appeared on Broadway in Smokey Joe's Cafe and The Life, and she was part of the Off-Broadway casts of Forbidden Broadway, The Bubbly Black Girl Sheds Her Chameleon Skin and Andrew Lippa's The Wild Party. She can currently be seen in the new Spike Lee motion picture, "The 25th Hour."

Aida — at the Palace Theatre (1564 Broadway) — features a book by Linda Woolverton, Robert Falls and David Henry Hwang, sets and costumes by Bob Crowley, lighting by Natasha Katz, choreography by Wayne Cilento and direction by Robert Falls. A Dutch language production of Aida opened in Amsterdam in the fall of 2001, and a touring company is currently making its way across the country.
