News Aladdin Welcomes a Visit from "Today Show" Anchor "Today Show" anchor Natalie Morales was the latest celebrity to visit the stage musical adaptation of Disney's Aladdin at the New Amsterdam Theatre.

Produced on Broadway by Disney Theatrical Productions, Aladdin opened to critical acclaim March 20, 2014, at the New Amsterdam Theatre, where it continues. The show features music by Tony Award and eight-time Oscar winner Alan Menken, lyrics by two-time Oscar winner Howard Ashman, three-time Tony Award and three-time Oscar winner Tim Rice and four-time Tony Award nominee Chad Beguelin, with a book by Beguelin. The musical is directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Casey Nicholaw.
