Alan Davies will make his West End acting debut at Wyndham's in January 2003 when he appears in Aunty and Me. Written by Morris Panych, Davis will star opposite Olivier Award-winning actress Marcia Warren; Anna Mackmin will direct.
A comedy that was first seen at Edinburgh earlier this year, Aunty and Me won rave reviews and proved that Davies — best known as a stand-up comic and television actor — was an accomplished stage performer.
It is believed the play will start previews on Jan. 8, 2003, and open on Jan. 14, but more details will be released nearer the time.
