Foresight Theatrical is a successor to the general management firm of Alan Wasser Associates, which Wasser founded in 1981. Wasser and Williams joined forces as business partners in 1999, and in more recent years, Lustbader and Shacket have taken greater role in the company's operations.

Williams added, "I'm very happy to have the privilege of working with Alan, Aaron, and Mark, and rely upon their intelligence, commitment, and enormous passion for the productions we represent. The coming years should be very exciting for Foresight Theatrical."
