London NewsAlex Newell to Offer Solo London Concerts
The Shucked Tony winner will play Cadogan Hall.

Alex Newell—the first openly non-binary performer to win a Tony Award in an acting category for their role as Lulu in Shucked—will go it solo in London this fall.
The stage and screen star will offer concerts at Cadogan Hall September 1 at 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM BST. Tickets will go on sale February 6.
Newell, who also starred on Broadway in the revival of Once On This Island, first garnered attention in the critically acclaimed musical series Glee as
transgender student Wade “Unique” Adams. Their other TV credits includeZoey's Extraordinary Playlist, Our Kind of People, and Empire.
Edelstein will directs a cast of 30, with nearly 1,000 San Diegans participating directly in the milestone production that will mark the completion of the Bard’s canon at the venue.
