News Algonquin's Anniversary Season to Feature David Campbell, Andrea Marcovicci and More David Campbell, the Australian singer/actor who starred in the Off-Broadway production of Stephen Sondheim's Saturday Night, will make his Algonquin Oak Room debut in the fall.

Campbell, whose musical theatre credits also include Guys and Dolls and Les Misérables, will kick off the Oak Room's 25th anniversary season. The performer is scheduled to play the famed room Sept. 6-24. The young singer Maude Maggart, who recently won a MAC Award for New York Debut/Female, will play the Algonquin Sept. 27-Oct. 8. She will be followed by Paula West (Oct. 11-Nov. 5) and KT Sullivan and Mark Nadler. The latter two will reprise their Jule Styne tribute, Everything's Coming Up Roses for one night only on Oct. 14.

Sandy Stewart and Bill Charlap will play the Oak Room Nov. 8-19, and then cabaret veteran Andrea Marcovicci returns to her home away from home, playing Nov. 21, 2005-Jan. 21, 2006.
