Scott Siegel’s Broadway by the Season series will continue August 7 at 8 PM at Merkin Hall.
The evening, which will spotlight Broadway hits from the 1940-1941 season and the 1951-1952 season, will feature the talents of Tony Danza (Honeymoon in Vegas, Taxi), Christiane Noll (Dear Evan Hansen), Julia Murney (Wicked), Danny Gardner (Dames at Sea), Ali Ewoldt (The Phantom of the Opera), Douglas Ladnier (Jekyll & Hyde), Jason Graae (Falsettos), Kendrick Jones (Shuffle Along…), Bill Daugherty (Daugherty & Field), and the Broadway by the Season Dance Troupe.
Attendees can expect to hear songs from Pal Joey, Paint Your Wagon, Louisiana Purchase, Bagels & Yox, and more.
Siegel, the evening's producer, director, writer, and host, says, “In this state-of-the-art concert hall, that seats 450 people, we can have the best of both worlds, bringing in stars of the magnitude of Tony Danza while still keeping the experience wonderfully intimate.”
