Tony winner Ali Stroker and Noah Zachary star in Theresa Rebeck's Downstairs September 10 at Pleasantville, New York's Arc Stages. Celebrating the company's 10th anniversary, the show's tickets are free and reservations are encouraged.
David Perlow directs the show which follows siblings Irene and Teddy as they grapple with a troubled family history while in a less-than-ideal living situation—Teddy is crashing in Irene's unfinished basement, much to the dismay of her husband.
Stroker starred on Broadway in Deaf West’s Spring Awakening revival and as Ado Annie in the 2019 revival of Oklahoma!—a role which earned her a Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical. She recently starred in Free Shakespeare in the Park's Richard III alongside Danai Gurira, Sharon Washington and more.
