News Alison Fraser to Be Part of George Street's Lips Together Cast The Secret Garden's Alison Fraser will co-star in the upcoming production of Lips Together, Teeth Apart at the George Street Playhouse.

Fraser will portray Chloe in the Terrence McNally play, which runs at the New Jersey theatre Feb. 10-March 7. Joining Fraser onstage will be John Bolger, Kevin Carolan and Deirdre Madigan. Michael Morris directs.

Set in a gay community on Fire Island, Lips Together, Teeth Apart was originally produced by the Manhattan Theatre Club in 1991. That production included the talents of Nathan Lane, Swoosie Kurtz, Christine Baranski and Anthony Heald.

The design team at the George Street comprises R. Michael Miller (set design), David Murin (costume design), Christopher J. Bailey (lighting design) and Yin Chan (sound design).

Alison Fraser received Tony nominations for her performances in Romance/Romance and The Secret Garden, and her other Broadway credits include The Mystery of Edwin Drood and the 1996 revival of Tartuffe. She created the role of Trina in William Finn's In Trousers and March of the Falsettos and recently reprised that role in the anniversary concert for Playwrights Horizons. Her other Off Broadway credits include roles in Up Against It, The Green Heart, Beehive and Swingtime Canteen. Fraser's solo recordings include "A New York Romance" and "Men in My Life."
