Michael Portantiere directs John Philip's play, which also features Mariah Bonner, Barbara Mundy, John Philip and Andrew Loren Resto. In a previous statement, writer John Philip noted, "The character of Josh, to be played by Brandon Ruckdashel, was originally referred to, but not seen, in the play. As rehearsals of this new work have progressed it has become more evident that Josh has a role to play onstage as well. We are very happy Brandon can join us to do it."

"It is February 1984," according to press notes. "Two gay men plan to sign an agreement tomorrow with a surrogate mother to have a child. She comes to tell them she has changed her mind."

The production features set design by Emmy Award winner George McGarvey.

Show times are Thursday-Saturday at 8 PM.

Manhattan Theatre Source is located at 177 MacDougal Street between Waverly Place and West 8th Street.  Tickets, priced $18, are available by calling (212) 352-3101.  The running time is 60 minutes.  The production is an Equity-approved showcase.
