The 14- to 20-year-old members of the Rosetta LaNoire Musical Theatre Academy, AMAS Musical Theatre's pre-professional training ground for inner-city youth, will present Working as its end-of-the-year, Off-Off-Broadway production. The Stephen Schwartz musical, which also includes music by James Taylor among others, will be performed May 7-10 and 14-17 at the Harold Clurman Theatre (412 W. 42nd St.). AMAS Musical Theatre is a nonprofit, multi-racial theatrical organization dedicated to bringing people of all races, creeds, colors, religions and national origins together through the performing arts. Through the academy, students are instructed in singing, dancing, acting, and the business of theatre by stage professionals.
