The 7 PM reading will benefit The Active Theater Company and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Scheduled to perform are Matt Castle, Frank Galgano, Danette Holden, Laiona Mitchell and Caesar Samoya. Amazing Sex, which was penned by Barry Harman and Keith Herrmann, is described in press notes as "an original musical revue examining the flirtations, frustrations and foibles involved in humankind's never-ending quest for AMAZING SEX. ...Had any lately?"
The evening will also feature songs from The Active Theater Company's production of Romance/Romance, which runs Feb. 18-March 7. That cast includes Stephanie Youell Binetti, Nick Dalton, Abby Mueller and Nathaniel Shaw.
